The globe
turns, time passes.
Things I missed, things somebody missed, and things the world missed,
all accumulate at your feet. The pile gets bigger and bigger, but you
still do not see it. As time goes by, the pile will become transparent
and it will be more difficult to see it, even though it is still getting
bigger. Eventually, the pile will become tall enough to reach the sky.
I wonder if I could climb up on the transparent pile and change myself
into a part of the pile. I wonder if I could become as transparent as
the pile. I wonder what I will become when it happens.
I dream about it.
